Discover

First we gather knowledge from you about your project. After gathering requirements we draw up a proposal including estimated costs and timelines.
Design

Next we design the User Interface and the system architecture. We ensure we are building reliable software with a great User Experience.
Build

Careful planning and trusted tech come together as we begin to build out the system. Final designs are completed and the iterative development begins.
Develop

We use an agile development process to iteratively build and test the system, providing you with feedback along the way.
Deploy

We use continuous integration and multiple environments to ensure a clean deployment pipeline. Sites and services are load balanced and easily scalable through replication.

WHAT WE'VE DONE

Kastr

The Kastr mobile apps and website enables users to broadcast live video streams of themselves and earn credits through viewer interaction. We helped Kastr develop their mobile apps for the service. The project included live video streaming over RTMP and HLS, and live chat messaging.

Influencer Match Tool

We designed an internal system closely with our client that helps agents match brands with online influencers and celebrities for the purposes of marketing campaigns. The system took brand and influencer values and applied a weighted matching algorithm, outputting a list of top recommendations. Detailed statistics and demographics could be viewed for each recommendation.

Diagnostic Labs Systems

We built an internal prototype to help with work flow and processing for a group of veterinary diagnostic labs. Built with a simple and user friendly interface it’s main purpose is to improve usability and speed of booking in and processing of various samples. We showed how decentralising their existing system with Google Cloud Platform helped efficiency and communication between multiple labs. The project includes an analytics console to analyse task allocation and burn down rates which helped identify which services were underperforming.
